Refund & Return Policy

At Tiny Treasure, we want you to be delighted with your natural pearls. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

1. Returns & Exchanges

• 30-Day Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
• Condition: Products must be in their original, unworn condition with all original packaging and certificates included.
• Shipping Costs:
  • For returns/exchanges due to personal preference (e.g., changing mind, style preference), the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • For defective items (broken clasps, wrong items), Tiny Treasure will cover the shipping costs.

2. Understanding Natural Pearls ("The Beauty of Imperfection")

Please note that we exclusively use Natural Freshwater Pearls from China. Unlike machine-made glass or plastic beads, natural pearls are organic gems formed inside living mollusks.

• Natural Characteristics: Each pearl is unique. Minor surface irregularities, slight variations in shape, or tiny natural growth marks (dimples) are not defects—they are proof of authenticity and natural formation.
• Social Distance Standard: We hand-select our pearls to ensure that any natural characteristics are invisible from a standard social distance (approx. 1 meter). These unique traits add character and value to your one-of-a-kind piece.

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team via Shopify Inbox or our Contact Us page with your order number and photos of the item.
